By accessing or using UnifiTelekom's Voice over IP (VoIP) services, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UnifiTelekom ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
UnifiTelekom provides carrier-grade VoIP telecommunications services including but not limited to:
Services are subject to availability and may vary by region. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of Services without refund.
Services are billed according to the pricing plan selected at signup. All fees are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.
We accept major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers for enterprise accounts. All payment information is processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
Accounts with overdue balances may be subject to service suspension. A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to outstanding balances.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Usage-based charges are non-refundable once minutes or services have been consumed. Disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the charge.
UnifiTelekom commits to the following service levels for enterprise customers:
Service credits may be issued for documented downtime exceeding these commitments. Full SLA details are provided in your service agreement.
IMPORTANT: VoIP services have limitations for emergency calling. You acknowledge that:
You agree to maintain alternative means of accessing emergency services and to inform all users of these limitations.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with UnifiTelekom Services are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of content you transmit through our Services, but grant us a limited license to process and transmit such content as necessary to provide the Services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNIFITELEKOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UnifiTelekom, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate Services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for:
Upon termination, your right to use Services ceases immediately. You remain responsible for any outstanding charges.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against UnifiTelekom.
